Fremantle Hydraulics provides complete end-to-end hydraulic services across five disciplines: bespoke system design using the latest CAD technology; in-house manufacture and supply; testing and quality assurance (including NATA certification testing); on-site installation and commissioning to Australian standards; and ongoing maintenance and repair. They design and build bespoke systems from scratch and also supply an extensive range of off-the-shelf components from their fully stocked warehouse. **Workshop Capabilities**

The Henderson workshop is located at the Australian Marine Complex and features state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, the latest CAD technology, and dedicated testing facilities. The workshop's signature piece of equipment is the proprietary "Nutcracker" — a purpose-built machine for safely dismantling hydraulic cylinders from 2" to 18" bore (up to 600mm) without applying heat, eliminating the risk of distortion to cylinder glands and barrels. Cylinders can be fully assembled and tested using the same machine. The Workshop Manager brings 25+ years of experience in fluid powered equipment. All in-house designed systems are engineered, tested, and quality assured on-site before delivery.
